  • The Information Systems staff are dedicated to providing quality, friendly, and excellent service for all SMHC’s 3,000 staff members and 80 offsite locations. Services encompasses the distribution technologies such as computer software (Meditech eCW Email), computer hardware, telecom equipment & services, and infrastructure (networking). We have provided a selection of ways to contact Information Systems at any time to address your urgent and non-urgent requests.

  • After Business Hours Monday - Friday 7:00pm - 7:00am; Saturday - Sunday 3:00pm - 7:00am. Phone: x7501 or (207) 283-7501 - When calling this number after hours, callers will be prompted with the after hours message and given two choices for support. After the greeting: Urgent calls - Press 2, and leave a detailed message with contact name and number. The on-call Technician will return your call within 15 minutes. (You must leave a message for the on-call staff to be notified!); Non urgent calls - Press 1, and leave a detailed message with contact name and number; Non-Urgent messages - Please place a FootPrints incident ticket (available on the intranet) after 7:00pm. Will be responded to at the beginning of the next business day.
