Macrobiotics is a natural approach to health and sickness. A macrobiotic diet consists of whole foods and cooking techniques brimming with health giving qualities. Most of our programs take place at SMHC Biddeford (One Medical Center Drive), SMHC Sanford (25 June Street) or at one of SMHC's Diagnostic and Therapy Centers in Saco (13 Industrial Park Road), Kennebunk (4 Shape Drive) and Biddeford (9 Healthcare Drive). Locations are noted as either SMHC Biddeford, SMHC Sanford, Saco, or Kennebunk. Other venues are clearly specified. Unless otherwise noted, there is no charge.
