Each of us has chosen to work in health care for a purpose. We serve in different roles; yet, we have a common goal to provide exceptional healthcare. We take pride in ensuring all our patients and their families are cared for, and we are proud to lead this year’s annual appeal campaign which will benefit enhancing the patient experience (unless you specify otherwise).
Last year, many of our co-workers came together and contributed over $55,000 to the annual appeal. With these gifts, we were able to send an important message to the community and potential foundation donors that SMHC employees believe in supporting our mission.
As an SMHC employee, you have the option of making a gift through payroll deduction, which begins with the first pay period in January, 2015. As an added incentive, all donors who make a gift or pledge by December 15, will be entered into a raffle for a Fit Bit One (a small device that tracks steps, distance, calories burned and stairs climbed as well as measures sleep quality).
